Marc Van Nuys is the U.S. Army Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Program Director in the Office of the General Counsel. He is responsible for development and implementation of Army ADR policy and training for all Army Components and activities. A labor lawyer by training, Mr. Van Nuys was previously Associate General Counsel and Director of the Workplace Disputes ADR Program for the Air Force.

A retired Air Force Judge Advocate, Mr. Van Nuys’ military assignments included a Major Command labor attorney, base and contingency operation staff judge advocate, medical law consultant, appellate government counsel, and area defense counsel. He has been awarded the Meritorious Service Medal with four oak leaf clusters, Joint Service Commendation Medal, and Meritorious Civilian Service Award.
